Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ResellEU. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before purchasing from reselleu.com. In this policy, “ResellEU”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of reselleu.com identified in Section 9.

1. Digital Products Only

ResellEU sells digital products only. We do not sell or ship physical items. This means:

  • no parcels or packages are sent
  • no shipping carriers or tracking numbers are used
  • no shipping fees, customs duties or import charges apply
  • no delivery address is needed for delivery

All products are delivered electronically. Prices include VAT where applicable, as described in our Terms of Service.

2. How Delivery Works

After your payment is confirmed, your product or access details are delivered electronically by:

  • email to the address entered at checkout, and/or
  • a download link on the order confirmation page, and/or
  • your customer account, if you have one

Delivery is complete once the product, download link or access information has been sent to the email address you provided or made available to you. Because you consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal, the purchase cannot be cancelled for change of mind once delivery has started. Your rights regarding faulty or non-delivered products are described in our Refund Policy.

3. Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within a few minutes after payment confirmation.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours because of:

  • payment verification
  • fraud prevention checks
  • temporary technical issues
  • email provider filtering

We may hold or cancel an order that fails fraud or payment verification. If we cancel an order, we refund the full amount paid.

4. Delivery Records

For every order, we keep records of delivery, including the time the delivery email was sent, the email address used, and download and access activity. These records serve as proof of delivery and may be used to resolve disputes and chargebacks, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Didn’t Receive Your Product?

If your delivery email has not arrived, please:

  1. check your spam, junk and promotions folders
  2. search your inbox for “ResellEU” or your order number
  3. check that the email address entered at checkout is correct
  4. make sure your inbox is not full and can receive external emails
  5. add our email address to your safe sender list

If you still have not received your product within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at hqresell9@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will resend your product free of charge, usually within 24 hours of your message. If we cannot deliver your product within a reasonable time after your request, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Please enter a correct and active email address at checkout. If the email address entered was wrong, we will resend the product to a corrected address after verifying that you placed the order.

6. Availability and Restricted Regions

Our products are available worldwide wherever internet and email access are available.

You are responsible for making sure that buying and using our products is allowed under the laws of your country. We may refuse, cancel or restrict orders from countries or regions subject to international sanctions, or where we detect a high risk of fraud.

7. No Physical Returns

Because no physical products are shipped, there is nothing to return or exchange. All questions about refunds, faulty products and the right of withdrawal are covered by our Refund Policy.

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
