We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:
• Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Ireland): our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders

5. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers, including Shopify, may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example in Canada or the United States. When this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:
• a European Commission adequacy decision (for example for Canada, or for US companies certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), or
• the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can contact us for more information about these safeguards.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary:
• Order, invoice and payment records: 7 years, as required by the Estonian Accounting Act

• Analytics and preference cookies: help us understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
• Marketing cookies: used to measure and personalise advertising.
Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, which you give through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on our website or your browser settings.
8. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections, secure payment processing by certified providers, and limited access to data. To exercise your rights, email us at the address in Section 15. We will reply within one month of receiving your request. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Right to complain: you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, www.aki.ee, or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
10. Automated Decision-Making
Our payment and fraud prevention providers may use automated checks to detect fraudulent transactions, which can result in an order being declined or cancelled. If you think an order was wrongly declined, contact us and a person will review it. We do not use automated decision-making for any other purpose that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.
