Order and Delivery Problems

If you have not received your product, first check your spam, junk and promotions folders. If it still has not arrived within 24 hours of purchase, email us with your order number and we will resend it free of charge. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Before Opening a Payment Dispute

Please contact us first about any problem with your order. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours, which is usually faster than a bank or payment dispute. This does not limit your right to dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider. See our Refund Policy for details.

Privacy Requests

To access, correct or delete your personal data, email us with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We reply within one month, as required by the GDPR. For complex requests this period may be extended, in which case we will let you know. See our Privacy Policy for details.
